Sweet Treats for Teachers

Appreciation.

This week launches National Teacher Appreciation Week.  This is a week-long celebration in the United States observed the first full week in May.  Teacher Appreciation Day is this Tuesday.  Our kids wanted to bake up something for the teachers, so we thought we could combine a bit of baking and gifting to our teachers this year.  First we came up with something sweet to give.

Kids picked our brownies and lemon bars/cake mix.  We then paired the brownie mix with a sweet brownie maker and the lemon mix with these large beautiful serving platters.

Now we just need to pick some fresh lemons from our tree to add on our platter, grab some chocolate bars to add to our brownie maker…   we are now ready to send our sweet and thankful gifts off!
