CrockPot Fever
California CrockPot Dreamin
Fall is my favorite time of year! We don’t get quite as much of a season-change here in Southern California, but I’ll take any temperature drop that I can get. There’s nothing like coming in from the cold weather to a warm house with the aroma of good food that’s been cooking all day in the CrockPot.
Recently, I had a morning that it stayed in the low 60s for a few hours, so what did I do? I did what any Northern California girl would do… grabbed my crockpot and threw together this recipe. My little one was by my side to enjoy the ease of crockpot cooking!
Slow cookers (also known as “Crockpots”) make homemade meals a cinch—simply fill them with your ingredients in the morning, and by the time you get home from work, dinner is ready to be served! We rounded up some quick ingredients to enjoy one of my dads favorite crockpot meals, Beef Strogonoff, here is the recipe.

Looks yummy, Lori! Can’t wait to try this. What kind of meat do you recommend? Also, does this work well with low fat soup & cream cheese?
This is a wonderful recipe! I can’t wait to serve this to my family. I’m sure they will love it!
