Experience the Great Outdoors!

June is Great Outdoors Month

After an 80 degree evening served up dinner outdoors and a mean game of bean bag toss, I could not help but get excited for summer.   It is no wonder that our nation recognizes June as National Great Outdoors Month.

It is an excellent time to get outdoors! We look forward to celebrating the holiday with friends at an overnight campout by the Lake.

If you cant get away, plan on celebrating the Great American Backyard Campout on June 23 with millions of others!  No tent?  Hand over some beach towels, blankets and sleeping bags to your kids…you will be amazed at how creative they become!

Below is a list of the national events encouraging people to hike, fish, boat, camp, and get outdoors!
