It’s Your Time!

Last night was my monthly gathering of girlfriends.  These are women I respect, admire and can laugh with until my belly hurts.  These nights allow me to unwind, refuel and most importantly keep my mind, body and soul healthy…  appropriate to do so during National Women’s Health Week, don’t ya think?

Women need to make our health a top priority. We take care of so many others and then when it comes to ourselves..we fall short.  Make “You” a priority this month.
